We absolutely loved this hotel. It ticked all of our boxes. Every member of staff we met was amazing even right down to the ladies who cleaned our room. The restaurant is an absolute must try. The level of service and the food was absolutely amazing we felt like we were in a Michelin star restaurant. The tasting menu was such good value for money as was the sandwiches and burgers. We couldn’t believe how good it was and we will definitely go back. We stayed here for 10 days and the location to get into town and see all the sights was perfect and we on had a 10 minute walk to the port and 15 minutes to the beach. Perfect perfect perfect.

The location was perfect. We were staying there to view the processions during Holy Week and we could see most of them from our room, the lobby or just steps outside. Thoughtful amenities like a razor, toothbrush and more were appreciated. The staff at the restaurant at dinnertime was very gracious. We arrived at closing time and the chef happily kept the kitchen open and even described our food to us. The hotel is perfectly located close to the Cathedral, park and beaches. I also appreciated the concierge service including a schedule of processions as they passed the hotel.

Loved the roof top bar and the swimming pool, which had views over the city and to the sea. So welcome to have a swim and enjoy chilled drinks after a day of travelling. The staff were very friendly and helpful; the communication from the hotel prior to our stay was very good and efficient. Our bedroom was a good size, stylishly decorated with great lighting, comfortable beds and tall French windows leading to a small balcony and a smart bathroom. The hotel is in an excellent central location with lots of superb restaurants with al fresco dining nearby.

I Lovd location of hotel just a 5minute walk to beach and all restaurants/bars.we stayed in an apartment and it was great a size the balcony was extremely large with lovely views. The apartment was very well equipped but didn't have a kettle but when I requested one it was supplied, the staff were extremelyhelpful and polite. The indoor pool was great to have as weather was a little cold so it was great we could swim.I also had the most amazing massage treatments which were such good value .A really lovely ApartHotel

The food was good but there is a problem with the staff in the restaurant both at breakfast and in the evening at Matiz the bar. Staff were arguing and cold and indifferent to guests. They are not happy in their jobs something is wrong and customers are aware of poor cold service. One man who seemed in charge was being horrible to his staff in front of guests. We come on holiday to escape stress.
